How it works

Four steps to the drop.

No mystery, no stress. You always know what happens next.

01

Book the date

Tell us the date, the venue, and the vibe. We check availability and lock it in. No pressure, just a conversation.

02

Build the set

We plan your soundtrack together: must-plays, do-not-plays, first dance, and the moments that matter.

03

Soundcheck

We arrive early, set up, test the sound and lights, and run the timeline with your venue. You never lift a finger.

04

Drop the beat

The lights go down, the first track hits, and the floor fills. We read the room all night and keep it moving.

Meet your DJ

Hi, I’m Nova.

The person who will hold your dance floor together, so you can hold your drink.

DJ Nova behind the decks

A party should feel like you.

I started DJing because I love the moment a room goes from talking to dancing. Ten years and 850 parties later, that moment still gives me goosebumps. Every set is built for the crowd in front of me, not a playlist on autopilot.

I am the one reading the room at 11pm, the one who knows when to drop the throwback and when to let the new track breathe. My job is to make your night feel effortless, even when a hundred decisions are happening behind the decks.

When I am not behind the decks, I am digging for vinyl, making edits, and chasing the perfect transition.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Tap a question. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Most clients book 3 to 6 months ahead for weekends, but we have rocked parties booked 2 weeks out. The sooner you lock the date, the better.

Yes. Most events are in California, but we travel across the US and beyond. Travel is quoted per event, in writing, before you commit.

Pro sound, dance floor lighting, MC, a custom timeline, and a 4-hour set. You get one point of contact from booking to last song.

Absolutely. Your must-plays are guaranteed, your do-not-plays are sacred. We build the set around your taste.

A 50% deposit secures your date, the balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfer and card.

We work with your venue on volume limits and curfews in advance, and we bring backup equipment. The party never stops early because of a technical issue.
